To see if you qualify for the Montana
Lease-to-Own Program,
ask yourself the following questions:
- Would I be comfortable making a monthly lease payment of approximately
1% of the home’s purchase price for a period of 12 months? (This
program acts like a forced savings account allowing you to receive up
to 50% of your rent back when you exercise your option to purchase your
home.)
- Does my credit need improvement? If so, do I have the ability to curb
my spending, manage my finances and make payments on time during the
lease period? - Please check out Credit Restoration NorthWest
- If I’ve gone through a bankruptcy, has that bankruptcy been discharged?
- If I’ve gone through a foreclosure, is that foreclosure at least
12 months in the past?
- Would you be able to provide a Down Payment?
- Would I be able to save some money each month to add to my rent credits
in order to be able to cover my down payment and closing costs when I
am ready to exercise my option to purchase?
- Am I tired of throwing money away on rent payments? And finally, do
I want to start creating financial independence for my family and myself?
If you’ve answered yes to the above questions, you should apply for
the program now!
